About A-dapt

A-dapt is building Emotionally Intelligent AI for high-stakes professional training.

Our Adaptive Media® platform combines Emotion AI, Conversational AI, and LLM analytics to create real-time learning experiences that adapt to how people actually respond. We have early traction in education and workforce development and are now expanding into LegalTech, starting with AI-supported witness preparation, with adjacent use cases in sales training and performance coaching.

We operate across the US and UK, target a $10B+ global market, and are backed by £2M+ in grant funding, institutional partnerships, and early commercial traction.

We are building a small, senior team. No passengers.

Discovery matters more than speed.

Our operating model is simple:

discover → validate → define metrics → build → scale.

We would rather be right late than fast wrong.

The Role

This is a founder-level Head of Product role. You operate at C-level scope, with real authority over product direction and real accountability for outcomes.

Compensation is primarily equity, with limited or deferred cash depending on stage. This role is for someone who optimizes for ownership, leverage, and long-term upside, not salary.

Founder, ex-founder, or early-stage operator experience is a strong plus.
