Your Mission
Creation & Innovation Design and manage campaigns integrating AI tools (Nanobanana, Seedream, and Higgsfield, etc.). Experiment with new visual formats: images, videos, and interactive content.
Art Direction & Visual Consistency Ensure aesthetic and strategic consistency aligned with luxury and premium standards. Build an internal AI image library defining a unique visual identity for VML Paris.
Research & Trendspotting Conduct creative and technological monitoring of AI trends and identify emerging opportunities.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Work with external AI talents (artists, designers, developers). Guide production to preserve brand integrity, paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure every visual element meets client objectives.
Profile & Skills
Junior profile — students or recent graduates welcome (no prior agency experience required).
Strong interest in AI-driven creativity and emerging technologies applied to luxury and premium brands.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Nanobanana, Seedream, and Higgsfield (or a strong willingness to learn).
Basic understanding of visual design and art direction across digital, social media, and audiovisual formats.
Ability to collaborate closely with AI specialists and 3D artists in a multidisciplinary creative environment.
Strong sensitivity to artistic, cultural, and technological trends.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with international teams and talents.
Curious, adaptable, and eager to innovate in a fastevolving creative landscape.
