The Information Technology organization is the technological foundation of our business and works in collaboration with our partners from across the company. The team drives technology and digital transformation, partners with business leaders to design and execute new strategies through IT and operations services and ensures the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles.
About The Role
The Director of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s cyber threat intelligence strategy. This leader will drive the collection, analysis, and dissemination of actionable intelligence to protect the company’s people, assets, and information from emerging cyber threats. The role requires deep expertise in adversary tracking, intelligence operations, and cyber defense, combined with strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
Lead the global Cyber Threat Intelligence program, including direction, vision, and execution.
Oversee the collection, analysis, enrichment, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence to inform security operations, incident response, and executive decision-making.
Build and manage a high-performing team of CTI analysts, researchers, and subject matter experts based on a mix of company and third-party service provider resources.
Develop relationships with industry partners, government agencies, and intelligence-sharing communities to enhance situational awareness.
Deliver timely intelligence briefings to executives, boards, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Establish intelligence requirements aligned with business priorities, critical assets, and regulatory obligations.
Drive integration of CTI into the broader Resiliency and Security team and to our IT and Risk partners.
Oversee horizon scanning to anticipate emerging threats such as nation-state actors, ransomware groups, insider threats, and supply chain risks.
Ensure intelligence output is actionable, measurable, and relevant for both technical and business audiences.
Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to align intelligence efforts with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills And Qualifications
10+ years of cyber security experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in cyber threat intelligence.
Strong expertise in threat intelligence methodologies, kill chain/ATT&CK frameworks, adversary tracking, and geopolitical threat landscape.
Proven ability to lead and scale global CTI teams and programs.
Experience engaging with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and industry ISACs.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with experience briefing senior executives and boards.
Certifications such as GCTI, CISSP, or CISM are desirable.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, intelligence-led approach.
Strong leadership and people-development skills.
Ability to translate complex technical intelligence into business-relevant insights.
Collaborative mindset with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive intelligence effectively.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 to $210,000 for Jersey City, NJ and Woodland Hills regions at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.
In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
