The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Associate who's passionate about multi-channel marketing and ready to make an impact. You'll be supporting campaign planning and execution while working with both local Canadian teams and global marketing partners. If you're someone who gets excited about tracking KPIs, optimizing strategies, and seeing real results from your work - this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience (insurance experience preferred, but not mandatory)
Creating and reviewing marketing materials, copy, and creative assets
Managing social media accounts and partnering with head office on digital initiatives
Developing content across multiple channels - social posts, emails, website copy
Taking ownership of marketing events from planning through execution, including budget management
Analyzing sales and category reports to inform strategy
Supporting product launches, trade shows, and promotional events
Collaborating with cross-functional teams locally and internationally
Additional administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For

A proactive problem-solver who's comfortable with CRM software and analytics tools. You should be results-driven, organized, and excited about working in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact growth.
