Job Specifications

Role - IBM Sterling Admin

Location: Toronto Hybrid 2-3 days onsite

Contract

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and update Trading Partners, routing rules, service

configurations, adapters, and business processes.

* Support deployment activities such as code changes, maps, BP

updates, etc.

* Monitor sterile file transfer flows, queues, BP execution, system

health, and availability.

* Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within SLA

timelines.

* Handle escalated incidents.

* Manage encryption and security configurations (PGP, SSL, SSH, etc.).

* Provide Level 2 support for IBM Sterling File Gateway and related

MFT components.

* Support production environments on a rotational 24/7 on-call basis.

* Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to

ensure seamless operations.

* Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

* Participate in change management processes using ServiceNow

Required Skills & Experience:

* Working experience in IBM SFG, B2B Integrator, CCM, SSP-CM, SEAS.

* Knowledge of file transfer protocols: FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2.

* Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.

* Experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and log analysis.

* Exposure to container platforms (e.g., OpenShift) is a plus.

* Experience with DevOps tools like GitHub and YAML formatting.
