Job Title: Endur Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Endur Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) solutions using OpenLink Endur. The role involves working on large-scale Power and Gas trading platforms in a collaborative Agile delivery environment, partnering closely with business, QA, and architecture teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Endur functionality across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office
Build and maintain Endur customizations using OpenComponents (.NET) and Endur APIs
Develop, integrate, and support Endur interfaces with upstream and downstream systems
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve defects across development, UAT, and production environments
Optimize Endur system performance, including batch processes, reports, and interfaces
Follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices using Azure DevOps
Provide production support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and knowledge assets
Required Qualifications
4–8+ years of hands-on Endur development experience
Strong expertise in OpenComponents (.NET) and Endur core APIs
Proven experience in US Power and/or Gas trading implementations
Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Ability to collaborate effectively within a global delivery model
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Endur version 23 or higher
Exposure to cloud-based Endur deployments (AWS and/or Azure)
Strong background in performance tuning and large-scale Endur implementations
