Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business reporting solutions & reports, providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the company.
Conduct data analysis and present insights that drive decisions for product features and business strategy.
Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate product changes and optimize program performance.
Use SQL and Python (including libraries like Pandas and NumPy) to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define data needs and deliver insights that improve business outcomes.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data and communicate findings in clear, accessible reports and presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in business reporting and data analysis, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and reporting and Python for data analysis and automation
Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizations with Tableau
Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimentation
Strong understanding of statistics and statistical analysis
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Business acumen with a focus on driving strategic decision-making through data insights.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or AWS.
Experience with experimentation or web analytics platforms (e.g.,Split.io, Heap).
Familiarity with data science concepts such as machine learning or predictive analytics.
