Matchbox Consulting Group is partnering with an up and coming developer in the Maple Ridge area for a New Homes Sales Manager to help sell their new master-planned community.

As this is a fully commission role, the amount you make is fully dependent on how much you are capable and willing to sell to the market, offering a unique opportunity for self development and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Making Strong Connections with Prospective buyers and the realtor community to generate interest and drive sales
Conduct engaging sales demonstrations of homes and the community for visiting customers
Implement creative and proactive follow-up strategies to convert connections into purchasers
Maintain accurate records in the CRM on a daily basis
Provide purchasers with regular updates on the status of their home
Stay informed on real estate market conditions, local resale inventory and industry trends to act as a trusted new home expert
Collaborate with marketing team to generate new connection opportunities
Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the values and promise of the client.
