Our Global Headquarters remains at the heart of the brand, where it was founded by Paula Begoun in 1995, Seattle. Account & Trade Management Assistant | Internship - 6 months (starting July 2026) | Paris, France
The Assistant Account Manager supports the Account Manager in the operational execution of commercial and trade marketing strategies. The role focuses on coordination, analysis, and day-to-day follow-up with retailers, and internal teams to ensure commercial excellence and effective trade activations.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing & Activations Support
Support the preparation and execution of trade marketing plans (promotions, in-store activations, product launches).
Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing tools and POS materials.
Ensure smooth implementation of in-store animations and retail activations.
Retail Coordination
Act as an operational point of contact for selected clients and retail partners.
Support the preparation for client meetings
Follow up on client & Field sale requests related to products, marketing tools, business tools.
Support assortment follow-up and in-store implementation, VM & Planograms.
Sales Monitoring & Reporting
Analyse, and consolidate sales and performance data on top 15 doors & Flagships.
Support competitive benchmarking by collecting and organizing information on competitors’ promotions, pricing, and in-store activities, and reporting key findings to the Account Manager.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Design and Log teams.
Support the organization of product launches and trade events.
What you bring:
Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Experiences in trade marketing, or account management, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to work with numbers and reports.
Proactive, reliable, and team oriented.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in French & English required.
Office-based with occasional travel to client locations and trade events.
