The work is highly visible and driven by regulatory requirements, making accuracy, documentation, and stakeholder coordination essential.

This position supports the Data Solutions and Services Data Operating Model and partners closely with Data Quality leadership to manage, track, and remediate data quality issues across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate data quality findings generated by automated monitoring tools as well as issues raised directly by business units, ensuring a clear understanding of root cause, scope, and downstream impact
Facilitate working sessions with business, data, and technology stakeholders to validate issues, assess risk, and drive resolution for high-priority data concerns
Ensure data quality and governance artifacts are accurately captured, maintained, and progressed through the organization’s issue and remediation workflows
Monitor and maintain operational metrics and reporting related to data quality, governance health, and issue status
Review and validate change requests submitted by lines of business to confirm completeness, accuracy, and data integrity prior to approval
Develop executive-ready materials for governance forums, including summaries, insights, and tracked action items
Contribute to enhancements of data quality and issue management tools by documenting requirements and supporting testing efforts
Support user enablement by helping document processes and providing guidance on governance workflows and tools
Assist with special initiatives and analysis efforts as data governance needs evolve in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Required Qualifications

Experience working in data quality, data governance, business analysis, or data operations within a regulated or enterprise environment
Strong ability to analyze data issues, validate assumptions, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfortable operating in environments with shifting requirements, regulatory pressure, and firm deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint

Preferred Experience

Hands-on exposure to data governance or data quality platforms such as Collibra, IDQ/CDQ, or similar tooling
Experience using Power BI for data analysis, reporting, or visualization
Familiarity with issue management, remediation workflows, and governance-related tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence)
Background or education in accounting, statistics, data engineering, data science, computer science, or a related discipline
Prior experience supporting enterprise data lake, MDM, or warehouse initiatives
