Job Description

The Data Solutions Consultant supports analytics and omnichannel initiatives by designing, building, and applying data and machine learning solutions that address real business questions. This role works closely with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Enablement partners to translate requirements into scalable, data-driven outputs. The focus is on practical application, technical rigor, and delivering insights that inform decisions across teams and clients.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Enablement partners to gather requirements and translate business questions into analytical and ML solutions using Python and SQL
Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows to support advanced analytics and machine learning use cases
Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models that generate actionable insights and measurable value
Work with enterprise data warehouses and data lakes, including Snowflake and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
Document workflows, models, and processes to ensure scalability, maintainability, and reproducibility across analytics initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience delivering machine learning projects, including model development, training, evaluation, and deployment in real-world environments
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with applied experience using libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch to support analytics or ML workflows
Demonstrated experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical modeling across structured or behavioral datasets
Hands-on experience working with clickstream data, data lakes, and big data ecosystems such as Spark, AWS, or GCP
Experience translating technical concepts and analytical outputs for non-technical stakeholders, including gathering requirements from clients or business partners

Desired:

Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, media, or agency environments, including marketing or payer analytics datasets
Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
Knowledge of database design and data modeling principles within modern analytics platforms
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or Git-based version control

Additional Information

This posting is for an existing vacancy at Klick. The base salary range for this position is between CAD $85,000 - $105,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
