Full-Stack Engineer Opportunity

You’ll join a fast-growing, product-driven startup founded by seasoned entrepreneurs with a proven record of turning equity into meaningful outcomes. Fresh off a successful Series A, the focus is now on assembling a small, elite engineering team to take ownership of core systems from end to end.
London (4 days a week, in-office, 1 day WFH)
£100k–£200k base (level dependent)
$160k equity over 4 years (annual vesting)

You’ll collaborate directly with the founders daily, no layers, minimal approvals, and no hand-offs.

What you’ll build
You’ll be responsible for features across the stack, from UI to infrastructure. That includes shipping production-ready React / Next.js applications, developing backend services and APIs (Python, Django, or FastAPI preferred), designing secure, scalable systems, and working with asynchronous processing, Redis, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and cloud architecture. Every line of code matters.
