Job description:
Lead enterprise-scale security platform programs across Detection Engineering, SIEM, and Threat Intelligence, embedding “security by design” principles to protect critical organizational assets while ensuring compliance and operational readiness.
Serve as Senior Program & Project Lead for complex, high-risk security initiatives, managing end-to-end delivery including scope, schedule, budget, vendor coordination, risk management, and change control using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Define and govern information security architecture and integrations across SIEM (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel), SOAR, IAM, DLP, encryption, network security, and cloud/on-prem environments, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and day-2 supportability.
Drive stakeholder engagement and executive reporting, chairing steering committees and architecture reviews, leading requirements workshops, enabling knowledge transfer, and supporting continuous improvement across security programs.
