Développeur.euse Web (Python)

RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un·e Développeur·euse Web (Python) pour un de nos clients de Montréal. Cette ressource travaillera au développement d’une application web stratégique qui gère les horaires, les affectations et la paie.

Votre rôle aura un impact direct sur l’une des opérations, en contribuant à la modernisation d’un secteur essentiel et à une transformation numérique qui redéfinit les standards de performance et d’efficacité.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Favoriser l’adoption de pratiques modernes et instaurer un climat collaboratif axé sur la qualité, l’automatisation et l’innovation.
Travailler efficacement avec du code existant et adapter l’architecture pour garantir robustesse, évolutivité et maintenabilité.
Collaborer avec l’équipe pour concevoir et livrer des fonctionnalités à forte valeur ajoutée.
Proposer des solutions innovantes basées sur l’analyse et les données.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques DevOps.
Intégrer des tendances émergentes et des outils d’intelligence artificielle.

EXIGENCES

Diplôme universitaire en informatique, génie logiciel ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Développeur·euse d'applications Web avec Python
Maîtrise de Python 3.x et des frameworks associés (Flask, SQLAlchemy, Alembic).
Connaissance des technologies front-end : JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Polymer.
Expérience avec PostgreSQL, Redis, Elastic Search et Kubernetes.
Leadership technique et mentorat.
Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à prendre des initiatives.
Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et en communication.
Expérience en pratiques DevOps et CI/CD.
Familiarité avec les outils d’intelligence artificielle et les tendances émergentes.
Bilinguisme requis (français/anglais) pour des communications quotidiennes hors Québec.
Hybride (1 jour au bureau de Montréal)

Web application Developer (Python)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Web application Developer (Python) for one of our clients in Montreal. This resource will work on the development of a strategic Web application that manages schedules, assignments and payroll.

Your role will have a direct impact on one of the operations, contributing to the modernization of a critical industry and a digital transformation that redefines the standards of performance and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Foster the adoption of modern practices and create a collaborative climate focused on quality, automation and innovation.
Work efficiently with existing code and adapt the architecture to ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with the team to design and deliver high-value features.
Deliver innovative solutions based on analytics and data.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices.
Integrate emerging trends and artificial intelligence tools.

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Web application Developer using Python
Proficient in Python 3.x and related frameworks (Flask, SQLAlchemy, Alembic).
Knowledge of front-end technologies: JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Polymer.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Elastic Search, and Kubernetes.
Technical leadership and mentoring.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and emerging trends.
Bilingual (French/English) required for daily communications outside Quebec.
Hybrid (1 day in the office in Montreal)
