How is this different from the Senior Full-stack Developer position?

We are aggressively focused on increasing revenue, short-term and long-term. We source valuable problems from customers, the market, and our sales pipeline, and go and attack the problems. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer-impacting features or integrations using React & Node.js (Typescript)
Hop on calls with people to understand their issues and come up with solutions
Implement and oversee tracking and analytics within the main product to monitor and analyze success metrics
Uphold code quality and ensure continuous improvement through reviews and testing
Produce educational content for our users, written and video. (approximately 15% of the time)

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or programming in a similar environment. Our go-to stack is Typescript, React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS. We encourage candidates to apply even if you only have experience with a portion of our stack
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
Independent approach to tasks and projects
Well-organized, excellent work ethic, pays attention to detail, and self-starting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup and passionate about improving technical abilities
