Business Management Associate - Automotive Solutions - Remote
ASE Global is hiring a Business Management Associate - Automotive Solutions to join the team and play a mission-critical role in supporting and servicing some of the world's most prestigious OEM Automotive and dealership network clients via market-leading industry-recognized software solutions technology!
As a Business Management Associate, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing highly successful client relationships to ensure that ASE Global delivers for every customer, helping them to drive performance and accelerate profitability. Working with OEMs, dealer networks and individual dealerships to drive volume, profitability, and business improvement. Working to identify customer problems and devise programs that deliver a tangible impact.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Belgium, working in a remote work model!
What Your Day Will Look Like
Tracks, processes, analyze operative, financial and statistical data related to Dealer network performance metrics to improve accuracy and quality and organizes independent Dealer visits based on results
Provide remote and direct support to Dealer Network within project assignments (e.g. General accounting, bookkeeping queries, data input issues and reporting, etc.
Present regularly at all levels of Business Management and KPI results, suggesting actions for improvement
Provide training to the Dealer Network on the use of our internal software, data quality improvement, and map charts, and assist in the analysis of their KPI´s performance data
Serves as a contact for and develops relationships with the client to effectively respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner and help improve client satisfaction
Assumes responsibility for accurate and high-quality data being utilized on assigned projects
Attends project meetings and participates in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status, conclusions and results
Identify poor-performing dealers and facilitate action plans to address the issues
New franchise launch and roll-out, suiting the project-specific
Responsibility for the maintenance of new and existing customer existing and new reporting solutions
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs and identify business opportunities
About You
At least a professional level of French, English, and Dutch, both written and verbal, is essential
At least a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration or a similar discipline is essential
Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of Account Management experience
Accountancy or financial background knowledge and understanding
Experience with Business Management, Accountancy principles and KPI's analysis
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skillset
Previous experience supporting Cloud or SaaS products
Specialist in Training and on-site consultancy
Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
A detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on the process and solving problems
A genuinely curious mindset, capable of quickly learning new systems, and the desire to grow and develop over time
A team player who loves challenges and wants to eventually ‘own' their area of business
Someone who is driven by lifelong learning and continuous professional development
