Job Title: IT Security Manager

Location: Bradford

Pay Rate: £25.54 per hour (PAYE) | £32.70 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract Type: Temporary

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Seven Resourcing are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Security Manager to join a forward-thinking IT Services function based in Bradford. This is a hybrid role, with office attendance

required as needed and advance notice provided.

You will work within the Enterprise Architecture and Systems Services Management team, taking a lead role in shaping and delivering IT security across the organisation. This position is well suited to a senior ICT professional with strong leadership skills and a proven background in cyber security, governance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the IT Security team, ensuring effective delivery of security services
Develop, review, and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and supporting documentation
Design and implement robust IT security controls to protect systems and data from cyber threats
Develop and maintain cyber incident response plans and cyber risk registers
Ensure services meet and exceed agreed service levels while maintaining a strong security posture
Identify and mitigate security risks across infrastructure, systems, and services
Drive innovation by developing solutions to business challenges and improving operational efficiency
Provide a high standard of customer service to internal stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working at a senior level in an ICT environment
At least 2 years’ experience managing staff, projects, or a functional area
Strong experience in IT security governance, risk management, and incident planning
Educated to degree level in Information and Communications Technology or equivalent

or a relevant professional management qualification

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
