We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets Business Analyst to support the buildout of a greenfield digital dashboard for third-party advisors to track Structured Product performance, including returns, asset values, and related metrics. This role sits at the intersection of the Structured Products Trading Desk and Global Engineering, requiring strong technical analysis, capital markets expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.

Must Haves

Technical Toolkit:

Strong SQL skills for data discovery, validation, and mapping
Proven experience writing user stories in Agile environments, particularly for greenfield or net-new builds

Domain Knowledge:

Prior experience in Capital Markets, Trading, or Wealth Management
Structured Products experience is a significant differentiator
