As a Capital Management Technology Consultant, you will make an impact by translating complex business rules into actionable technology solutions for capital management and reporting platforms. You will be a valued member of our Toronto consulting team, collaborating with data engineers, technology teams, and clients to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.

In this role, you will

Translate capital pillar business rules and data into detailed technology requirements, mappings, and controls.
Develop source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and interface specifications for capital management and reporting platforms.
Execute onboarding of priority data sources into strategic data platforms.
Conduct data discovery and profiling for critical capital data sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality.
Partner with data engineers and technology teams to build and optimize data ingestion pipelines.

What You Need To Be Considered

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years in capital management technology, treasury systems, or related financial services roles.
Proven ability to translate business rules into technology requirements and controls.
Strong hands-on experience with data platforms, data integration, and testing methodologies.
Proficiency in data mapping, governance, and documentation practices.

What Will Help You Stand Out

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading and developing teams of analysts or technical professionals.
Familiarity with agile delivery, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience preparing test cases, leading triage, and QA activities to validate data and system integrity.
Knowledge of developing and maintaining data lineage, catalogues, and control documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
