London – Hybrid

Salary: £70–75,000 + 20% bonus

We’re hugely excited to be working exclusively alongside a global Food & Beverage organisation, partnering on their search for two talented Data Scientists. You can expect a huge amount of autonomy and a strong appetite for Data Science across the wider business, as this award-winning group looks to scale its Data Science & AI arm.

What you can expect:

A highly greenfield landscape to work in, collaborating closely with individual teams to understand, model, and ultimately apply the most effective use of Data Science. As such, you can expect a fair amount of internal stakeholder management as you translate team briefs into actionable solutions.
Strong support from the Head of AI and the wider technology team. Recent senior, AI-leaning hires mean the Data Science roadmap is packed with exciting projects and genuine backing from the business.
Significant growth in your Data Science skillset. You’ll be spinning a lot of plates, but in return you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of technical challenges, working closely alongside the wider AI team.

Desired background / skillset:

3+ years experience delivering advanced analytical projects and modelling techniques using Python and SQL. Bonus points for exposure to Databricks.
Someone comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and experienced in taking and shaping project briefs.
A natural data storyteller who enjoys using technical expertise to create compelling, data-driven narratives.
