Job Specifications

My client, a well‑established insurance specialist, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support system change and transformation projects within their P&C (Property & Casualty) domain. The role centres on analysing current processes, gathering requirements, and contributing to the implementation of new or enhanced insurance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse existing P&C insurance processes and system workflows.
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with IT, underwriting, claims, and product teams on system changes.
Support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs.
Assist with UAT planning, execution, and defect follow‑up.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Produce clear documentation: process maps, requirements, user guides, impact assessments.
Monitor project progress and support delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within P&C insurance.
Strong understanding of underwriting, policy administration, and claims processes.
Background in system change, migration, or transformation projects.
Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work on‑site in Brussels as required.
