As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be a key technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work across teams to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures, ensuring our CRM ecosystem remains robust, secure, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture: Design reusable, scalable, and efficient solutions. Apply Salesforce best practices and design patterns to data modeling and system architecture.
Technical Development: Build and maintain high-quality code using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and JavaScript. Leverage Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Apex) to streamline business processes.
Integration & Data Management: Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Boomi. Utilize SOQL, SOSL, and SQL for advanced data querying and management.
Collaboration & Communication: Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to diagnose root causes of issues and find lasting solutions. Proactively share insights and translate abstract technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
DevOps & Quality Assurance: Manage the deployment lifecycle using CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) and version control. Ensure code quality through Apex test classes and Jest.
Documentation: Create clear technical specifications, process maps, and troubleshooting guides using industry-standard documentation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

Salesforce Core: Deep proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Automation: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flow and legacy automation tools.
Integrations: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi).
DevOps: Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins).
Security: Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Jest for Lightning Web Component testing.
Advanced Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Data Architect, or Sharing and Visibility Architect).
