Stratford, London - Onsite 2/3 days a week
3 month rolling contract
Inside of IR35
£350 per day
My client, a sports betting company, is looking for a Learning Data Coordinator will join the Data and AI Academy onsite. This will be supporting the ongoing development of data and AI literacy across the organisation. The role is designed to enhance community engagement, support curriculum development, and help operationalise and automate academy processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Community Management: Execute weekly badge awards, celebration posts, and community engagement across Viva Engage and Teams channels
Learner Support: Provide first-line support for Academy participants, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure positive learning experiences
Event Coordination: Manage logistics for Academy events including webinars, office hours, feedback sessions, and guest speaker sessions
Communication Management: Coordinate monthly Academy communications with leadership and stakeholder updates
Adoption Analytics: Track and analyse Academy adoption metrics, user engagement patterns, and programme performance data.
Key Skills & Experiences
Technical proficiency or experience in data-related roles, ideally within a corporate or professional environment
Experience as a Coordinator within a Technical role.
Experience within Gambling or Sports Betting industry desired however not essential.
