About the Role

We are seeking a Jr. Business Analyst for a banking client. The role is business-oriented and requires strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging stakeholders and capturing requirements.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Draft, maintain, and distribute meeting notes, minutes, and action items.
Develop and refine BRDs, User stories, decks, and requirements documents to support core business needs.
Work hands-on with Jira and Confluence to track requirements and manage project documentation.
Support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs.

Qualifications

Looking for a mid-level Business Analyst with 2-4 years of dedicated BA experience.

This role is not open to entry-level or senior-level candidates.

Pay range and compensation package
