Join a Leading Semiconductor Company as a Senior Business Analyst!

Our client, a global leader in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support their Business Partnering function. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-performing team, driving change across commercial portfolios and collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. The successful candidate will lead analysis activities and define user stories that support strategic goals.

Contract Details

Contract Length: 6 months (with visibility to extend)
Daily Rate: £475 per day (inside IR35)
Location: Cambridge, UK (Hybrid – 2 days per week on-site)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and prioritise business analysis across multiple initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
Conduct end-to-end analysis of business problems and opportunities.
Facilitate workshops and refine customer requirements and user stories.
Support backlog prioritisation aligned with business roadmaps.
Work closely with enterprise architects and technical leads on solution design.
Contribute to the BA Centre of Excellence through knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

Previous experience as a Business Analyst in a similar industry.
Strong process mapping and problem-solving skills.
Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Commercial awareness, especially around lead and opportunity creation.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Visio.
Experience with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
