Freelance Java Full Stack Developer – IT Shared Services

Contract: Freelance / Contractor – 6-month rolling

Location: Paris (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)

Join a dynamic IT team as a Freelance Java Full Stack Developer, contributing to the ongoing support and enhancement of critical business platforms. This senior, hands-on role is ideal for those who can work independently, quickly integrating into the team to deliver high-quality solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Designing, developing, and delivering new features and fixes to existing applications.
Performing impact analysis and providing accurate effort estimates.
Ensuring high standards of code quality and compliance.
Applying clean code principles, test-driven development (TDD), and thorough unit testing across the software development lifecycle.
Contributing to and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Taking part in Agile ceremonies, including Scrum meetings and sprint planning.
Supporting onboarding and sharing knowledge with team members.
Encouraging continuous improvement in tools, practices, and delivery workflows.
