A leading global bank is seeking a dynamic Regional Procurement Project Manager to join its Global Procurement Change & Innovation team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic change initiatives across procurement services, driving transformation and delivering value at scale.

What you’ll do:

Manage regional delivery of key procurement programmes (Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Third Party & Supplier Management).
Act as the regional SME for regulatory requirements and governance.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth change delivery.
Oversee risk, issue, and dependency tracking, ensuring adherence to change governance frameworks.

What we’re looking for:

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and services.
Experience in sourcing, P2P, third-party and supplier management.
Proven project/programme management skills with ability to manage complex initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with one of ServiceNow, Coupa, and Oracle Fusion.
Awareness of Agile and change management methodologies.
