Workday Integrations Lead - Finance & HCM
Contract: Initial 6 months (likely extension to 12-24 months)
Location: Remote (occasional travel to London, Glasgow, or Cardiff)

We are working with a leading client who is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Lead with strong Finance and HCM experience to support a critical phase of their Workday landscape.
This role will take ownership of the end-to-end integrations workstream, leading design, delivery, and optimisation of Workday integrations across Finance and HCM. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and technical teams to ensure integrations are robust, scalable, and aligned to business needs.
Key requirements:
Proven experience as a Workday Integrations Lead or Senior Integrations Consultant
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Finance and HCM integrations
Expertise across Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs)
Ability to lead and advise at both technical and stakeholder level
Comfortable working remotely with occasional UK travel
