Pacetas Agency (MWBE) is hiring a Project Delivery Senior Analyst to support a high-profile Project Management Office (PMO) overseeing major capital infrastructure programs. This role focuses on project controls, cost & schedule performance, PMO reporting, and executive-level analysis.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Primavera P6, capital project tracking, and PMO analytics in a regulated or public-sector environment.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong project controls, PMO reporting, and capital project analysis experience who can operate confidently in a fast-paced public-sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cost and schedule analysis for active capital projects
Track and report project performance, milestones, and variances
Develop and maintain capital project milestone datasets
Produce monthly and annual PMO performance reports
Manage project authorization and contract data in enterprise systems
Support Stage of Good Repair (SGR) reporting updates
Maintain crosswalks, bid tracking, and contract award information
Collaborate closely with PMO leadership and project teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field
(PMP or equivalent certification is a plus)
1–3+ years of experience in a Senior Analyst / Project Controls / PMO role
Strong proficiency in:

Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting)/

Primavera P6

Project cost & schedule control concepts

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Must be eligible to obtain SWAC ID and required security clearances
