About the Role
As an Performance Marketing Expert, you play a key role in driving online sales performance for the client's website. You work within the Digital Sales team and report to the E-Commerce Manager. Your focus is on conversion optimization, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to continuously improve customer journeys and commercial results.
You translate digital strategy into concrete actions by setting up tests, analysing performance, and optimizing funnels, offers, and user experiences. With your insights, you directly contribute to achieving sales and growth objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
Define and execute a structured testing roadmap aligned with the e-commerce strategy
Set up, run, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion and UX
Analyse customer journeys, funnels, product pages, and CTAs to identify optimization opportunities
Use CRO, analytics, and testing tools to generate actionable insights
Work closely with digital, marketing, data, pricing, and product teams to implement improvements
Optimize lead generation, cross-sell initiatives, and digital campaigns
Monitor performance KPIs such as conversion rate, drop-off rates, and revenue impact
Contribute to benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify best practices in digital sales
Support the continuous improvement of a high-performing, customer-centric e-commerce platform
What You Bring
A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in e-commerce, CRO, and performance optimization
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar
Solid knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (Google, Meta, Display, etc.)
Proven ability to translate data into concrete business recommendations
A structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good working knowledge of English
