**Job Title:** Performance Marketing Expert
**Role Summary:**
Drive online sales performance for the client’s e‑commerce site by leading conversion optimization, experimentation, and data‑driven decision‑making. Collaborate with digital, marketing, data, pricing, and product teams to enhance customer journeys, increase conversion rates, and meet revenue growth targets.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable improvements in conversion, revenue, and customer experience.
- Design and execute a structured testing roadmap aligned with e‑commerce strategy.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
- Communicate findings and influence cross‑functional stakeholders in Dutch, French, and English.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define, prioritize, and manage A/B and multivariate testing programs.
- Analyze customer journeys, funnels, product pages, and CTAs to identify optimization opportunities.
- Use CRO, analytics, and testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely) to generate insights.
- Optimize lead generation, cross‑sell initiatives, and digital campaign performance.
- Monitor KPI dashboards (conversion rate, drop‑off rates, revenue impact) and report results.
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to adopt best practices.
- Collaborate with digital, marketing, data, pricing, and product teams to implement improvements.
- Support continuous improvement of a high‑performing, customer‑centric e‑commerce platform.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; proven track record turning data into business actions.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely or comparable CRO/testing tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO and paid digital advertising (Google, Meta, Display, etc.).
- Proficiency in setting up, running, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Structured, proactive, results‑driven mindset.
- Fluency in Dutch **or** French; professional working proficiency in English.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or a related field **or** equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce, conversion rate optimization, and performance marketing.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRO specialist) are a plus but not mandatory.
