Client is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect with hands-on experience in the Cloud Account Management module to lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow cloud enablement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will drive platform consistency, operational excellence, and strategic integration across the enterprise. You will be working with our partners and teams to establish, integrate, and continuously evolve best practice processes in ServiceNow. You will also provide input to the ServiceNow cloud enablement roadmap, including onboarding integrations, processes, assets, and other components to a unified ServiceNow platform to ensure consistent level of quality and service across the enterprise.

Job Duties -

Architect, solution design and implement scalable solutions using ServiceNow Cloud Account Management and related Cloud Automation modules.
Define and maintain standards for cloud automation workflows, integrations, and data models within ServiceNow.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to evolve best practices for cloud onboarding and automation.
Lead technical evaluations of business requirements against ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
Guide rapid prototyping and deployment of ServiceNow cloud enablement product capabilities.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering teams to ensure alignment with frameworks, policies, and security standards.
Provide architectural oversight for ServiceNow orchestrated CI/CD, cloud-related workflows at scale in a very large enterprise technology organization.
Contribute to update the ServiceNow Cloud Account Management roadmap by identifying opportunities for new features and process improvements.
Maintain detailed solution architecture documentation artifacts to support transparency and collaboration.
Support training and enablement initiatives to build platform proficiency across business units and consumers of ServiceNow products.
Actively partner with enterprise architecture and other internal stakeholders to influence the required diagrams and accommodations to align with MT standards, frameworks and policies.

Job Requirements -

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically has 10+ years of professional / technical experience
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Cloud Account Management and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow DevOps, CI/CD workflow orchestration products deployed for large scale enterprise end-to-end lifecycle management services.
Technical expertise with using ServiceNow Cloud automation solutions for AWS, Azure, Google GCP and many other industry leading Cloud Services environments.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s data model, especially CMDB discovery, IRE and CSDM in real-world application of the services model.
Experience designing and implementing cloud-native workflows and integrations.
Solid foundation in ServiceNow administration or development.
Familiarity with database design, modeling, and cloud application technologies.
Skilled in requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation.

Desired Skills & Experience -

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other relevant certifications.
Preferred ServiceNow CIS Certification for at least one major product line.
Preferred Certifications for leading Cloud service providers like Amazon AWS, Google GCP, and Microsoft Azure technical services.
Demonstrated technical expertise using ServiceNow product solution capabilities to automate and orchestrate complex end-to-end cloud workflow processes.
ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong collaboration and negotiation abilities across technical and business teams.
Experience optimizing IT operations through automation and workflow design
