Title: Jr. Data Analyst

Location: Greater Framingham Area, MA (Hybrid 2–3 days onsite/week)

Employment Type: Contract (6+ months)

About the role

Join a Store Operations Analytics team to support reporting and insights that drive operational decisions. This role focuses on building Power BI dashboards and reports while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational teams.
Gather requirements from end users and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support operational improvements.
Collaborate with non-technical users to understand business needs and deliver clear insights.
Support team projects and ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

Qualifications

1–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role; open to recent graduates with relevant internship experience.
Strong Power BI development experience, including dashboards and reporting.
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):

$35–$40/hr (W-2)
Final rate within the posted range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
