A well-funded Series A startup in London is building AI agents that help internal teams focus on meaningful work by automating repetitive, admin-heavy finance tasks. These are real products with real users, designed to make work more efficient, less tedious, and more impactful!

This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the core backend systems powering the product. The founders have previous multi-million-dollar exits and are building one of the fastest-moving startups in London

What You’ll Be Doing

Build core backend services, APIs, and distributed systems in Python
Design architecture, data flows, and infrastructure foundations
Own production systems and iterate quickly based on real user feedback
Work closely with the leadership team on technical direction and product strategy
Shape backend engineering culture, tooling, and processes as the team scales
