We’re partnering with a fast-growing industrial technology company that is redefining how physical products are designed, built, and scaled. Their mission is bold: to transform advanced manufacturing through software and restore global leadership in industrial capability.

They’re now looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join a small, elite engineering team building a proprietary operating system that sits at the heart of modern factory operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in autonomy, moves fast, and wants to see their code directly control real-world production.

What They’re Looking For

2–5 years of professional software engineering experience
Strong full-stack capability with a product-first mindset
Comfortable working independently in a high-autonomy, fast-moving environment
Proven ability to turn messy, real-world problems into robust software
Passion for building software that has physical, real-world impact
Must have experience as a founder or founding engineer or an early engineer at a fast-paced startup
Someone with exposure to aerospace, defence, or other high-reliability industries ideally but not essential
