Location: United Kingdom (Remote with some ad-hoc travel to client-site)

Salary: £100,000-120,000

Clearance: Must be eligible for SC Clearance

Overview

A leading UK-based digital and technology consultancy is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join its Digital Customer Experience practice. This role combines solution architecture, programme delivery, and pre-sales engagement, supporting clients through the design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales and solution design activities for ServiceNow engagements, supporting proposals, demonstrations, and client presentations.
Drive business development by identifying opportunities and shaping ServiceNow offerings aligned to client needs and market trends.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-suite and IT leadership.
Provide architectural leadership across ServiceNow implementations, ensuring best practice design and successful delivery.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partner teams to scope, design, and deliver scalable solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with platform vendors and strategic partners.

Skills & Experience

Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Senior Consultant.
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Employee Service Centre, Case & Knowledge Management, and Performance Analytics.
Experience with integrations, workflow automation, scripting, and platform customisation.
Understanding of employee experience, HR processes, and customer experience design.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at executive level.
Proven consulting mindset with experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

This role requires Security Check (SC) clearance or eligibility for this.
