Salesforce Administrator – Sales Cloud

Location: Hybrid (1 Day/Month in London)

Salary: Up to £60,000

The Opportunity

We’re partnered with a global facilities business undergoing a major digital transformation following a high-impact merger in late 2023. Operating across 30 countries with 120,000 employees, they’re now investing heavily in Salesforce as a platform to unify internal operations and deliver a world-class customer experience.

Reporting into the Head of Salesforce, you’ll be one of the key players in a small, agile team of four. The business is fast-paced and constantly evolving — so you’ll have a real opportunity to shape, scale, and optimise their Service Cloud instance from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on configuration across Salesforce Sales Cloud
Build and maintain automations (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
Work closely with the Head of Salesforce on platform roadmap and delivery
Support functional areas across HR, Finance, Ops, Health & Safety
Help launch new features such as customer landing pages and AI tools
Identify process improvements and lead best practices across users and teams
Stay active in the Salesforce community and contribute new ideas

About You

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced environment
Confident with declarative tools: Flows, Reports/Dashboards, Permission Sets
Experience working with Sales Cloud is essential
You enjoy working with both tech and business stakeholders
You stay up to date with Salesforce trends, releases, and features
Comfortable working remotely
