Position: Functional Analyst

Location : Sint-Gillis, VLG

Contract Duration : 6 months

Work Mode : -Hybrid

Overview :

The consultant works as a Functional Analyst within the Career department and supports both the career database and the dismantling of the FLA (Federal Learning Account) and the development of the ILA (Individual Learning Account). The FA translates business needs into clear functional specifications and oversees their implementation.

The objective of the assignment is to analyze, document, and monitor functional requirements, and to ensure correct implementation in close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Drawing up functional specifications for modules (use cases, user interface, business rules, data model)

Supporting and monitoring the development phase (sanity checks, functional coordination)

Performing impact analyses for change requests

Performing problem analyses in the event of incidents

Creating test scenarios and executing test cases
