CONTEXT
Sodexo has created in Europe a new large region encompassing 20 countries formely organized in 4 sub-regions. A new regional team has been established and after a first phase setting up new organization and teams in the countries and in the new region, is currently building best-practices and a new ‘way of working’ to bring efficiency and agility in the new region, to boost sustainable business growth and enhance service offering to consumers and clients as part of Sodexo’s new strategic agenda (“Surge Ahead”).
This experience would provide you with a wide view of our key functions supporting operationals transformation initiatives, encompassing Sales, Supply, HS&E, IS&T, Digital, CSR, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources.
MISSIONS
Main objectives
• Contribute to the effectiveness of Service Operations (SO) project intiatives across the region.
• Contribute to the improvement of the financial performance of the region through a close monitoring and understanding of Service Operations initiatives geared towards more standardization
• Participate in the success of internal in-house systems to support the business in areas such as business planning or innovation
• Foster analytics and financial-acumen practices within Service Operations
Key activities
• Close follow-up of key SO initiatives using internal systems in place (SoPerform BI reporting, Business Planning BI tool, SoForce) and be in a position to export and share content in a user- friendly format to facilitate clear understanding of what is at stake and what needs to be followed-up with countries;
• Active support in the preparation of monthly SO & Platform regional calls, quarterly business reviews (QBR) with Global leadership teams, financial reviews and bi-monthly RMSOC (Region Marketing Service Operations Committee);
• Build regional analyses by cross-sharing and cross-checking various data available in different systems, through an operational & financial lense;
• Deep-dive in certain key projects in order to assist the countries to build solid financial/commercial Business Cases to assess return on investment and intangible benefits (client/consumer satisfaction);
• Active role in accelerating the innovation journey of the region by regularly checking the latest innovations in the Innov-hub internal platform, and also performing external intelligence research (competitors, media, associations);
• Design, produce and analyze internal surveys (run during certain internal region/countries calls) using MicrosoftTeams;
