ServiceNow Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist / ServiceNow Testing and Deployment Specialist

Long term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA and UAT testing efforts for ServiceNow (SN) to ensure timely and efficient testing cycles, focusing on test coverage, defect identification, and resolution.
Support the successful SN BCM re-deployment by assisting with inventory cleanup, merging duplicate records, and eliminating invalid records.
