Role: Product Lead - Agentic AI Platform

Location: Paris, France

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Product Lead to drive the definition, delivery, and adoption of Agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments. This role requires a strong product mindset, experience shaping AI/ML products end-to-end, and the ability to translate business problems into actionable product roadmaps and technical requirements.

The Product Lead will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and scaling of AI-driven capabilities across multiple use cases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmapping

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agentic AI–powered solutions across enterprise programs.

Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product requirements, epics, and feature definitions.

Evaluate feasibility, prioritize features, and balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact.

Identify new opportunities to expand AI capabilities and drive value across brands and business units.

2. Requirements Definition & Solution Shaping

Conduct deep requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs.

Shape end-to-end AI/ML solutions in collaboration with Architects, FDEs, and Data Science teams.

Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, and Design teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-team coordination.

Serve as the primary point of contact for product decisions, clarifications, and prioritization.

Provide guidance and context to technical teams during development, testing, and deployment.

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication

Act as the voice of the product for internal and client stakeholders.

Communicate roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones.

Lead demos, workshops, and alignment sessions with leadership and cross-functional partners.

Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly understood and managed across programs.

5. Adoption, Change Management & Value Realization

Drive user adoption and ensure delivered solutions are operationalized effectively in the business.

Track KPIs, usage metrics, and business outcomes; recommend improvements based on insights.

Support training, onboarding materials, and documentation to ensure smooth rollout.

Champion a product-led approach to scaling Agentic AI across the organization.

Qualifications

Product Expertise

8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, Solution Product Ownership, or enterprise technology product roles.
Proven ability to define and deliver complex technical products, preferably in AI, ML, Data Science, Cloud, or enterprise platforms.
Strong experience writing requirements (BRD/PRD), user stories, prioritization frameworks, and roadmap planning.
AI/Technical Understanding (Product-Level)
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, data pipelines, and enterprise AI adoption.
Understanding of how Agentic AI, LLMs, and automation systems are applied in business contexts.
Ability to translate between business needs and technical approaches (no coding required).
Experience building AI Agents is preferred.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and storytelling skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Leadership experience in multi-team, multi-brand, or enterprise-scale programs.
