Who We’re Looking For

The Information Technology Intern will apply forward-thinking technical expertise toward maintaining CPL’s systems by responding to trouble tickets from every office. Reporting to the IT Manger, you will assist in configuring, installing and upgrade software and addressing IT issues.

What You Bring To The Table

Actively pursuing a BS (or MS) in Information Technology or a related field
Succinct communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Teams, etc.)
Technical experience in Microsoft Windows Server/Workstation environments
A Team player
Knowledge of Windows OS application installation as well as Office 365 and other business applications,

Core Duties

Respond to requests for IT help from end users
Provide IT assistance as able or escalate requests to other members of the IT team
Configure, install and upgrade PCs, operating system software and application software as required
Provide hands-on support for all IT equipment in nearby offices, and elsewhere as required
Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Helpdesk Manager and IT Director
