Role Description

This is a contract position for a Salesforce Business Analyst specializing in Open CTI and Salesforce Service Cloud, Agent Force. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, optimizing business processes, and configuring Salesforce solutions to meet client needs. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide insights and support the delivery of successful projects. This hybrid role is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including expertise in configuring and maintaining Salesforce applications.
Strong Business Analysis experience, including gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
Excellent Analytical Skills for understanding and interpreting data to drive decision-making.
Knowledge of Business Requirements and Business Process optimization to implement efficient and effective solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Open CTI is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating adaptability and project management capabilities.
Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst are a plus.
