Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of CIAM solutions with Transmit Security as the core platform.

Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and standards.

Implement and customize SSO, MFA, and OIDC protocols for secure authentication flows.

Develop and integrate APIs for user sign-in/sign-up and user profile management.

Design and customize user journeys as per client requirements using orchestration tools.

Deliver UI customization for login, registration, and profile pages.

Hands-on coding experience in Java, HTML, and related technologies for advanced customizations.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders, translate requirements, and manage onboarding until go-live.

Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

10 years of experience in CIAM/IAM implementations.

Expert-level experience in Transmit Security (Identity Orchestration, Authentication, IDV, Detection & Response).

Working knowledge of Okta and Ping Identity as secondary platforms.

Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC standards.

Proficiency in API handling and integration for identity workflows.

Hands-on coding in Java, HTML, and UI design experience.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders and guide teams.
