Role: ServiceNow Process Consultant

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Job Type: 12 Months Contract

Job Description

• Process Consultant to work with business and IT stakeholders to document end-to-end processes for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SAM, GRC etc.)

• Conduct workshops with business and IT teams to capture current-state processes for ITSM, SAM, and GRC

• Define future-state processes aligned with ServiceNow capabilities and ITIL best practices.

• Create BPMN diagrams, SOPs, RACI matrices, and process playbooks for ServiceNow modules

• Align process handoffs between business and technology teams, and produce clear, standardized documentation

• Map current-state workflows, user journeys, and value streams

• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements, policies, and pain points.

• Design future-state processes aligned to business outcomes, controls, and SLAs

• Establish process controls, KPIs, and compliance checkpoints.

• Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and document opportunities

• 5 - 10 years’ experience: in IT process consulting with ServiceNow focus

• Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 and ServiceNow best practices

• Hands-on experience with ITSM, SAM, and GRC workflows
