Full Stack Developer

Role Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Warwick (Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site)

Day Rate: £510 Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join a team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining robust front-end and back-end solutions, while contributing to technical strategy and best practice within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, verify, test, document and refactor complex applications, scripts and integration services
Participate in and lead peer code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
Select and apply appropriate development methods, tools and techniques
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to shape and formalise new solution designs
Work alongside Product Owners, QA, UX, engineers and end users to deliver features aligned to business and user needs
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Play an active role in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team culture and delivery excellence
