We’re Hiring: Senior Technology Architect

Location: Coventry | Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office) | Contract: 6 months

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for process and solution design? Join us to drive transformative projects in the water utility sector!

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end requirements management for large-scale initiatives.

Translate business needs into functional specifications, data models, and process flows.

Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE analysis for billing, CRM, and asset management processes.

Propose innovative solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, regulators, and technical teams.

Must-Have Skills

Process modeling: BPMN, UML

Data analysis & reporting: SQL, Power BI

Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle) and cloud platforms (Azure)
