Senior Technology Architect

Location: Coventry

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN/UML), data analysis, and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL).
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle) and cloud platforms (Azure).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Requirements Management

Drive end-to-end requirements gathering, validation, and prioritization for large-scale projects.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, data models, and process flows.

2. Process & Solution Design

Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE analysis for water utility processes (billing, CRM, asset management).
Identify gaps and propose innovative solutions aligned with industry best practices.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, regulators, and technical teams.
Act as liaison between business and IT, ensuring clarity and alignment.
