JOB DESCRIPTION

A senior business/technical analyst who bridges CX operations and contact-center technology, owning requirements, workflows, analytics, and UAT to ensure CRM and CTI solutions work end-to-end in real advisor environments.

6–10+ years experience (or equivalent depth)

Strong background in:

Contact centers
CRM (Salesforce, Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9, etc.)
CTI integrations
