JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experienced SailPoint Developer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow implementations, customization, and support. Proven experience working closely with audit, risk, and compliance teams to support SOX, SOC, and internal audits, including access certifications, segregation of duties (SoD), and evidence generation.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ticketing, handling IAM-related incidents, service requests, access provisioning, de-provisioning, and user lifecycle management through ITSM workflows. Adept at troubleshooting identity issues, managing SLAs, and coordinating with business and infrastructure teams to ensure timely resolution.
Strong understanding of joiner–mover–leaver (JML) processes, role-based access control (RBAC), access reviews, and integrations with HR, Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud applications. Known for delivering secure, compliant, and scalable IAM solutions aligned with enterprise security standards.
